Hi, I’m Rachael. The wellbeing coach behind Rogue Blossom Yoga. As a former primary school teacher I came to yoga as a gym-phobe who needed to find a way to stress less. That's where the magic started to happen. I learned the rules and soon realised real bodies and brains don't fit into a neat little box. We needed to go Rogue!
So, if you’ve ever thought “Yoga’s not for me” or felt a wave of intimidation scrolling past bendy bodies in designer lycra - you’re not alone - and you’ve just found your place.
At Rogue Blossom, we don’t subscribe to strict rules or rigid expectations. We celebrate diversity, honour your lived experience, and welcome you exactly as you are. I believe yoga should be for real people in real bodies and use my 19 years of teaching experience to adapt all my classes and experiences to suit the wonderful souls I meet along the way.
My yoga style blends practices that are scientifically proven to improve wellbeing with an encouragement to tune into your own song and trust your inner knowing. I pride myself in being friendly and approachable whilst encouraging everyone to tap into their inner playfulness. Because I am certainly done with adulting and am ready to find the joy in play again.
At Rogue Blossom, we believe the most beautiful gardens grow from diversity, support and connection. That’s why our classes and events are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re stiff, stressed, sleep-deprived, or simply seeking a moment of peace in a life that’s always on the go. We create spaces for you to feel better in the body you are in today.
Giving:
Whether you’re a busy parent, caregiver, or someone who’s always putting others first, our classes and events are designed to support your wellbeing in ways that feel doable, nourishing, and real.
We blend ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science to create experiences that are both grounding and transformative. Places where you can find joy in the way your body can move, build a tool kit to stress less or find five minutes of stillness.
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need fancy gear. You don’t need to know Sanskrit.
You just need a willingness to show up—for yourself.
Here, you’ll learn to:
Whether you're a busy parent, a caregiver, or someone who’s always putting others first, this is your invitation to come home to yourself.
Spoiler alert: Not much. And definitely not perfection.
If you’ve ever hesitated to try yoga because you weren’t “flexible enough,” didn’t own the right gear, or felt unsure about what to expect—this page is for you.
At Rogue Blossom Yoga, we believe yoga is for every body. You don’t need fancy leggings, years of experience, or to know what a “chakra” is. You just need a willingness to show up for yourself.
What You Actually Need:
Comfortable Clothing
Wear something you can move in—leggings, joggers, a soft tee, or even pyjamas if you're at home. No need for designer gear. Just comfort.
A Yoga Mat
If you have one, great. If not, let me know and I’ll bring one for you. You can also use a towel or just flow on the ground if you don’t mind truly connecting to the earth.
Water Bottle
Stay hydrated, especially if you’re new to movement. Sip gently before or after class.
An Open Mind
This is the most important one. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes—it’s about connecting with your breath, your body, and your inner calm.
Optional Extras (But Not Essential):
What You Don’t Need:
You’ll be guided every step of the way. And you’ll be met with kindness, not judgment.
Thank you for subscribing!
Have a great day!
